Recently I’ve been feeling like I need some changes in my life. More exercise, healthier eating, smart decisions with alcohol, and better organisation and work ethic always come to the lis of improvements I feel I need to make.
Yet, one of the things that would probably make the most drastic change on how I feel on a daily basis would be quitting smoking. And while I enjoy smoking, I know I shouldn’t be keeping it up, if not for the sake of my health, then perhaps for the sake of my wallet. So, this is how I’m motivating myself to get off the fags, despite how difficult it is in this country.
Yesterday marked three months since my arrival in Rennes, and today I’ve found myself reflecting on how my lifelong dispute with Sunday has changed while living in France.
